Self-Care and Mindfulness – Fostering a Culture of Wellness

Our November Coffee Break will disclose how to develop and promote a culture of wellness in the workplace. Mental wellness is a key component to a healthy and productive workforce, it makes employees feel valued and appreciated as it shows that the organization supports them both professionally and personally. When employees are healthier mentally and physically it translates to less work being missed and a happier and more engaged employee.

What kind of impact does a Learning Culture have on both the organization and its employees? We dive into how to create, develop, and maintain a learning culture and how once implemented can help retain top talent and set your organization up for success. Creating a learning culture is also one way to increase employee retention in your organization by making sure they know they have the opportunity to grow and provide value.

Our July Coffee Break will define the difference between managing and leading and provide key take-aways of what all members of management should start doing immediately to build productive, motivated team members that will ensure you are meeting and exceeding overall goals.
